Raymond started his academic career at the University of Wisconsin – Superior with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. During his time there he served several positions in IT management, student affairs, web design, systems integration, and freelance engineering contracting. He completed his Masters in Computer Science. During this time he served as a course instructor, web development independent contractor, and information assurance engineer.

Currently serving as an information assurance technical advisor and engineer in Washington, D.C., Raymond has background in topics such as software engineering, IA architecture, technical portfolio management, systems integration, and technical hiring.
